📦 WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All HAN$UM garments are made to order and crafted in-house with care. Preorders placed between April 26 – May 3 will ship within 2 weeks or sooner. You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order heads out.

🔁 CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes — we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at hansum28official@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid label and instructions. Note: Returns without approval will not be accepted.

For exchanges, we recommend placing a new order once your return is confirmed.

📏 HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

All pieces are unisex and true to size unless noted. If you’re in between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up. Feel free to message us for size guidance — we got you.
